Current Research Participation Opportunities
Do You Have a Cervical Spinal Cord Injury?
We are currently enrolling individuals with cervical spinal cord injury for a study involving non-invasive brain stimulation. The goal of the research is to assess whether non-invasive brain stimulation can increase the effectiveness of the neural pathway from your brain to upper limb muscles.
Participants must meet the following criteria:
- Use a wheelchair for mobility.
- Have a spinal cord injury at the lower cervical (C5-C8) level.
- Without severe medical illness, including unhealed pressure sores and existing infection.
Each session takes approximately 3 hours and you may be asked participate in three sessions, each on separate days.
Compensation available.
