The National Alliance for Caregiving is a nonprofit focused on research and advocacy for family caregiving. Their website includes education and resources on varying caregiving topics, as well as information on both state and local coalitions.
The REACH VA Program was established to assist caregivers of Veterans in taking care of both themselves and their loved ones. This program provides a certified coach to the caregiver to provide them with necessary information on how to safely care for the patient, as well as skill building in stress management and problem solving.
